The Scientific Programme is now available!
Presenters will have 15 minutes to speak, with an additional 5 minutes allocated for Q&A
There is no required template for presentations.
We can accept either Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation formats only
Slides must be formatted to Widescreen 16:9 Aspect Ratio
We recommend either using standard fonts or embedding your fonts to avoid any problems when presenting via University computers
Please embed any videos included in your presentation

If you have not submitted your presentation before the conference, please bring your presentation on a USB compatible flash drive or other storage hardware. We cannot accommodate connecting to personal computers.
Posters can be A1 (portrait or landscape) or A0 (portrait only)
There is no required template for posters
Posters can be paper, plastic or fabric
Posters will be assessed by members of the Scientific Committee during the dedicated Poster Presentation sessions
Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing the poster to the conference
Please bring your poster to the conference venue on the day of presentation only to the Conference Office, Work Room 1, where you will be told your Poster Board Number
Poster Printing
The University’s Print & Creative Services can facilitate the printing of posters if needed. Using the myPrint Portal, you can order both A1 and A0 posters, on premium paper, polypropylene film, or fabric, and collect the printed poster on campus.
Please be aware that the Standard Turnaround time is 3 working days. We recommend ordering via the portal, no later than Tuesday 16 June, in order to collect the poster on Monday morning. Express printing is available on request, but may not be available.
