Visa Requirements

Full Conference Pass

The Full Conference Pass includes access to all programmed events within the Scientific Programme, conference delegate pack, two course buffet lunch on all days, refreshments on arrival, during the morning, and in the afternoon throughout the conference, access to workshops and the Welcome & Registration Event on Sunday 21 June, and access to the Gala Dinner on Tuesday 23 June. There are limited numbers of this pass type available.

Optional social activities are also included, but availability is on a first come first served basis. These will be available to book once the Scientific Programme has been published in May 2026.

Standard Conference Pass

The Standard Conference Pass includes access to all programmed events within the Scientific Programme, conference delegate pack, two course buffet lunch on all days, refreshments on arrival, during the morning, and in the afternoon throughout the conference, and access to workshops and the Welcome & Registration Event on Sunday 21 June.

Optional social activities are also included, but availability is on a first come first served basis. These will be available to book once the Scientific Programme has been published in May 2026.

One Day Conference Pass

The One Day Conference Pass includes access to all programmed events within the Scientific Programme on the selected day of attendance, conference delegate pack, two course buffet lunch, refreshments on arrival, during the morning, and in the afternoon.

Optional social activities are not available with this pass type. Once the full programme is published in May 2026, there will be the opportunity to select which day to attend.

Terms & Conditions

Student Conference Pass

Upon registration all students are instructed to send an image of their valid student card to escape36@sheffield.ac.uk for verification. Student cards must be valid at the time of the conference, with an expiration date no earlier than 25 June 2026.

If this has not been received by 21 June 2026, students will be required to show a valid student card upon arrival at the conference. Failure to provide this may result in being denied entry to the conference.

Presenter Registration

If accepted for presentation, those authors selected as presenters, must register and pay to attend in full by the Presenter Registration Deadline, 30 March 2026. Failure to do so will result in the offer to present being withdrawn.

Cancellation Terms

Please provide written notice to escape36@sheffield.ac.uk to cancel your registration and receive the percentage refund stated below:

Received on or before 26 April 2026 – 100%

Received between 27 April and 24 May 2026 – 50%

Received between 25 May and 7 June 2026 – 25%

Received after 8 June 2026 – 0%
