The word limit for 1st Round Submissions is 1000, and can include tables and images.
Currently there is no limit on submissions per individual. The Organising and Scientific Committees may decide to limit the number of Oral Presentations per candidate.

All abstract submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee. Selected submissions from the 1st Round of reviews, will be invited to submit an Extended Abstract (2 pages) or a Conference Paper (5-8 pages) to the 2nd Round. From these, oral and poster presentations will be allocated to accepted applicants. All accepted submissions will be published digitally in peer reviewed Conference Proceedings or Special Issues.
More information on 2nd Round submissions will be shared with selected applicants after the 1st Round is complete.
Presenters will have 15 minutes to speak, with an additional 5 minutes allocated for Q&A. Oral presentations will be scheduled on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, grouped into thematic sessions. We cannot guarantee that requests to present on specific days will be accommodated.
Posters can be A1 (portrait or landscape) or A0 (portrait only), can be paper, plastic or fabric, and will be assessed by members of the Scientific Committee during the dedicated Poster Presentation sessions. Poster Presentations will take place across multiple days, with each presenter allocated a time on one of these days only. We cannot guarantee that requests to present on specific days will be accommodated.
Poster Printing
The University’s Print & Creative Services can facilitate the printing of posters if needed. Using the myPrint Portal, you can order both A1 and A0 posters, on premium paper, polypropylene film, or fabric, and collect the printed poster on campus.
Please be aware that the Standard Turnaround time is 3 working days. Express printing is available on request.

During the abstract submission process, submitters are required to select one or more authors, as Presenter/s. Presenter details can be changed at any time through the Oxford Abstracts portal.
If accepted for presentation, those authors selected as presenters, must register and pay to attend in full by the Presenter Registration Deadline. Failure to do so will result in the offer to present being withdrawn.
